Pricing FAQs
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly hours?
Additional hours can be purchased at 150% of your tier’s hourly rate, or you can upgrade to a higher tier for better value and more included hours. We encourage regular use of your included hours instead of overtime billing.
How does the 3-month cancellation policy work?
Cancellation requires a 3-month notice period ending ultimo (end of month). For example, if you sign up on March 15, you can cancel effective June 30 by notifying us before April 1. This ensures continuity of service for ongoing operations.
What support system do you use for requests?
We use a professional support/help desk system for all requests. You’ll need to provide database/setup access for remote connection to your Perfion Windows Client and Web Client.
What's included in the Enterprise tier's monthly consultancy?
The Enterprise tier includes 2 hours of consultancy services each month, in addition to the 80 hours of operations support. This is ideal for strategic planning, architecture discussions, and advanced optimization.
